We are looking for passionate booze lovers to join our team. We are after Retail/Bar Staff for our @drinktastastinghouse and Tour Guides for @drinktasmania Premium Tours. The roles are easily interchangeable, most of our staff work shifts across both businesses.

For those of you in the whisky world that have been living under a rock for the last few months, we would like to bring to your attention a very exciting whisky, the first release in fact, of a rad new independent bottler called @whiskyinisolation.
Justin conjured up the whole idea whilst bunkered down in iso in #Melbourne and things have grown rapidly ever since.
This first release, Nearly New York Sour, is a delicious combination of whisky matured in French Oak Shiraz casks and finished in a bourbon (Buffalo Trace) cask.
Whilst Justin might reside in Melbourne, his passion for whisky sees him frequently visiting the South Island and this whisky was made here in Tassie at @spiritthiefdistillingco.
We were hoping to stock this delicious drop on our whisky shelves but there just wasn't enough to go around, Justin has a small amount left which you can purchase directly from his website www.whiskyinisolation.com.au.
We are stoked to have one bottle on our bar, in isolation if you will. We are pouring tastings for your pleasure until you or Pete finishes it all.

The Drink Tas team will be up before the crack of dawn on the 25th of April to attend our local Dawn Service and pay our respects to those who gave their lives or served at war on ANZAC Day. We'll then head to the Tasting House so as to open up at our regular time of 10am and we look forward to seeing you there during the day.
