How to Order
How to place an order?
Click on ‘shop’ from our top menu. Then click on a product category (eg wines) – a list of products will appear. Click on ‘view product details’ to find out more information. Put the number of products you wish to order in the ‘quantity’ field and then click ‘add to bag’
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
After you "Add to Bag", the items will be placed in your shopping cart until you check out. You can review your cart anytime by clicking on the "quantities" button. To remove anything from your shopping cart, click on 'remove' and then update.
How do I check out?
Checking out is easy, go to "Check Out" button to review your order.
How do I pay for my order?
Depending on the agreement arranged with the customer – payment will be made either by direct bank deposit, credit card or cheque.
How can I be sure my order was received?
When we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation usually within minutes.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and Richmond Tasting House cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item not available or for the timeliness of deliveries. We use Australia Post for delivery of orders. All postage costs will be calculated once your order has been received by the Richmond Tasting House and an email will be sent to you to confirm postage costs. Please note you need to request registered post for Australia Post parcels if you wish to have your item tracked. The cost is an additional $2.85. We accept no liability for any loss incurred due to non-delivery for Australia Post items which are not registered. Fastway Couriers automatically provide tracking information.
